although you will pay a fee for an insurance policy to cover the possibility of you losing your case in such instance the other parties costs will be paid by the insurance policy (subject to terms) you will not have to pay any costs to us from the start of the policy unless otherwise agreed.

If you win your case we would be entitled to our basic costs plus a success fee depending on the assessed risk.
